Your Clinic Visit
1. Documents to bring
Original MyKad for Malaysian and original passport for non-Malaysian
If you are registering your child (below 12 years old), MyKid or birth certificate is required.
A valid medical insurance card if applicable.
Referral letter and relevant medical reports, if any.
2. Outpatient Flow
You may walk-in or make an appointment before visiting.
Register at the outpatient counter once you are here.
After registration, please wait outside the respective clinic until the clinic assistant calls your name.
After the consultation, the clinic assistant will direct you to make payment at the Cashier Counter and collect medications at Pharmacy.
3. Specialist Clinics
It is located at 1st Floor, WMD.
Operating hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Saturdays: 8.00am to 1.00pm
Sundays and Public Holidays: ClosedThe Specialist Clinics’ operating hours may vary depending on the doctor’s schedule. Kindly check with us at Customer Service Department or Appointment Counter for appointment booking.

Before Your Stay
1. Admission Counter
It is located at ground floor, WMD and operates daily 24 hours.
2. Admission Flow
Please proceed to admission counter located at ground floor with the admission form given by your doctor.
Pay the required deposit using cash, debit / credit card, bank draft or online transfer.
Our patient service assistant will meet you at the waiting area and guide you to your ward.
3. Documents to bring

Guarantee Letter (GL) or medical insurance card, if applicable.
4. Deposit
All admissions require a deposit and the amount varies depending on the reason for admission.
The deposit can be made by cash, debit / credit cards, bank draft or online transfer.
5. Room Choices
If you are self-paying patients, you may choose your preferred room type (subject to room availability).
If you are patients using Guarantee Letter (GL), you will be allocated to a room based on your room entitlement as stated on the GL (subject to room availability). You may also choose to upgrade your room by paying the difference of room rate.

During Your Stay
1. Patient Identification
For your safety, a patient identification wrist band which contain your personal details will be provided. Please wear the bracelet at all times during your stay.
2. Things to Bring
For your own comfort, you may wish to bring along your personal items such as:
- Towel
- A pair of non-slip slippers
- Extra toiletries
- Clothes: night attire or light comfortable clothing
3. Valuables
Please do not keep valuables or excessive cash with you during your hospital stay. If you have these items when you are admitted, please ask your relatives to bring them home. While we exercise due diligence to ensure the safety and security of our patients and property, we will not be able to accept any liability or responsibility for theft and loss or damage of personal items.
4. Food Service
Providing a balance diet for our patients is part of our medical care programme. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus are available for selection according to your preferences. Our hospital dietitians are also available to discuss your special dietary requirement with yourself and your companion.
5. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited within hospital compound by law. Offenders will be fined RM10,000 or face two years in jail.

Before Going Home
1. Discharge Counter
It is located at Ground Floor, WMD.
2. Discharge Flow
On the day of discharge, you will receive a Discharge Slip from your ward nurse.
You or your authorised Next of Kin may proceed to Discharge Counter at Ground Floor with the Discharge Slip. You will then receive an official receipt upon payment is made.
The discharge process will be completed once you or your Next of Kin presents the payment receipt to ward nurse.
3. Check-out Time
Hospital check-out time is before 12.00noon. If you have to stay in your room longer than the extended time, you will be charged half-day’s rate until 6.00pm, a full day room rate after 6.00pm.
