Lawatan Klinik Anda
1. Dokumen untuk dibawa bersama
Original MyKad for Malaysian and original passport for non-Malaysian
If you are registering your child (below 12 years old), MyKid or birth certificate is required.
A valid medical insurance card if applicable.
Surat rujukan dan laporan perubatan yang berkaitan, jika ada.
2. Aliran Lawatan Klinik
Anda boleh memilih sama ada untuk terus datang atau membuat temujanji sebelum berkunjung bagi mengelakkan kekecewaan.
Sesampai di hospital, anda boleh menuju ke kaunter untuk membuat pendaftaran.
Setelah mendaftar, anda boleh pergi ke klinik yang berkenaan. Sila tunggu di luar klinik sehingga pembantu klinik memanggil nama anda.
Setelah selesai berunding dengan doktor anda pembantu klinik akan mengarahkan anda untuk membuat pembayaran. Sekiranya ada ubat untuk diambil, sila tunggu di kaunter farmasi.
3. Klinik Kepakaran
Bahagian Perubatan Barat - Tingkat 1
Bahagian Perubatan Barat : Isnin - Jumaat 8.00 am -5.00 pm, Sabtu 8.00 am – 1.00 pm
Waktu operasi klinik pakar bergantung kepada jadual doktor. Sila hubungi kaunter perkhidmatan pelanggan atau kaunter pendaftaran sebelum mendaftar.
Sebelum anda menginap
1. Admission Counter
It is located at ground floor, WMD and operates daily 24 hours.
2. Aliran Kemasukan Wad
Please proceed to admission counter located at ground floor with the admission form given by your doctor.
Bayar deposit yang diperlukan menggunakan wang tunai, kad kredit, draf bank atau pemindahan dalam talian.
Anda akan dibawa ke Wad oleh kakitangan kami
3. Dokumen untuk dibawa bersama
Admission Form
MyKad / MyKid atau Surat Beranak (untuk rakyat Malaysia) atau pasport asal untuk bukan warganegara Malaysia

4. Deposit
Segala kemasukan memerlukan deposit. Perunding kami akan memaklumkan jumlah deposit sewaktu lawatan anda ke klinik.
The deposit can be made by cash, debit / credit cards, bank draft or online transfer.
5. Room Choices
If you are self-paying patients, you may choose your preferred room type (subject to room availability).
If you are patients using Guarantee Letter (GL), you will be allocated to a room based on your room entitlement as stated on the GL (subject to room availability). You may also choose to upgrade your room by paying the difference of room rate.

Semasa Penginapan Anda
1. Patient Identification
For your safety, a patient identification wrist band which contain your personal details will be provided. Please wear the bracelet at all times during your stay.
2. Barang untuk dibawa bersama
For your own comfort, you may wish to bring along your personal items such as:
- Towel
- A pair of non-slip slippers
- Extra toiletries
- Clothes: night attire or light comfortable clothing
3. Barangan yang berharga mahal
Please do not keep valuables or excessive cash with you during your hospital stay. If you have these items when you are admitted, please ask your relatives to bring them home. While we exercise due diligence to ensure the safety and security of our patients and property, we will not be able to accept any liability or responsibility for theft and loss or damage of personal items.
4. Food Service
Providing a balance diet for our patients is part of our medical care programme. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus are available for selection according to your preferences. Our hospital dietitians are also available to discuss your special dietary requirement with yourself and your companion.
5. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited within hospital compound by law. Offenders will be fined RM10,000 or face two years in jail.

Sebelum Pulang Kerumah
1. Discharge Counter
It is located at Ground Floor, WMD.
2. Aliran Pelepasan
On the day of discharge, you will receive a Discharge Slip from your ward nurse.
You or your authorised Next of Kin may proceed to Discharge Counter at Ground Floor with the Discharge Slip. You will then receive an official receipt upon payment is made.
The discharge process will be completed once you or your Next of Kin presents the payment receipt to ward nurse.
3. Waktu Daftar Keluar
Waktu daftar keluar hospital adalah sebelum jam 12 tengah hari. sekiranya anda perlu tinggal di bilik anda lebih lama daripada jangka masa ditetapkan, anda akan dikenakan harga caj setengah hari hingga 6 petang. Caj harga bilik penuh sehari akan dikenakan selepas jam 6 petang pada hari yang sama.
